Live On-Site Public Auction being held to help settle the Estate of the late Richard “Dick” Scrimger. Dick served in the U.S Navy Hospital Corps and was a medic on the U.S.S. Hope. He retired from GM after 30 years. He was a charter member of the Lapeer Area Ambulance Service and a Lapeer County Commissioner. Dick also was a member of the Masons, the Shriners and the Suncrest Auxiliary.
