Payment must be made in full by the Buyer, immediately upon the completion of the auction by VISA, MasterCard, Cash, Wire Transfer. Upon making payment for property, no stop payment of funds will be honored, Any stop payment order of a check, or giving a check which is returned marked insufficient funds, shall be deemed by the parties to be a prima facie evidence of fraud existing at the time the transaction was consummated and shall be construed by the parties as intent to defraud. If you are from another country other than the US, you must pay in US funds. REMOVAL OF PROPERTY SHIPPING TERMS: Buyer assumes full responsibility of property at time of purchase, and all risk of loss and damage to property. Property will not be removed from sale premises until payment in full has been received. Pick-Up Times are strongly enforced: Any items remaining after the designated pick-up time will be forfeited and the purchaser will be charged a $ 30.00 Non-Removal Fee as well as all disposal costs. Repeated tardiness and or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on all of our bidding platforms. Furthermore, you the purchaser are responsible to furnish all labor for the removal of your items. If you are unable to secure the manpower for removal please do not bid, all methods of lifting, towing, and or hauling are the Buyers responsibility. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of Buyer and shall be conducted by a third party of choice. The final day of removal will be posted with property information. Any and all property not removed by Buyer by the final day of removal will revert back to the Auctioneer Seller, and may be resold at auction or disposed of in any other manner that seems to be suitable. CHOICE OF LAW: The law of the State of Ohio governs this agreement any dispute arising from the terms of this auction shall be brought in a court of Hamilton County Ohio. Listing Information
Welcome to the Hamilton County Community Fair 2020 Livestock Auction!
 
In partnership with Hamilton County 4-H we are proud to offer for sale market animals the 4-H members have raised as part of their 4-H project.
 
Bidding will be open from July 3rd to July 9th. The funds 4-H members raise from this auction will be used to help the youth cover the cost of raising their animals, plan for future projects, add to their college fund and so much more.
 
This is also a terminal auction, meaning that all animals offered in this auction must be sent to the processor. All animals must be processed by the processor selected by The Community Fair Sale Committee or sent to the pre-arranged packer.
 
The winning bidder of each lamb, goat, and hog will have two options:
1. Pay Premium Only option - pay only your premium bid. The meat will be purchase by the packer. (For Example: If you are the high bidder at $500 or only pay $500 if you do not want the meat from the animal.)
2. Meat in Freezer option - If the winning bidder wants the meat from their purchase the packer price will be added to their winning bid.
 
The Bidder will also be responsible to pay the processing cost directly to the processor.
Cost for a hog will be approximately $1.00 per pound.
For lambs and goats it is a flat fee of $125.00 each.
 
All animals will be processed by the Chop Shop between July 16th - July 24th.
 
Winning bidders will be notified of their processing date. It will be the buyer's responsibility to contact the processer to provide processing instructions and to arrange for meat pickup.
 
The winning bidder of the turkeys will have one option: 1. Turkey option - pay your premium bid plus $8.00 processing cost.
 
The 4-H seller will contact the buyer to arrange for delivery of the processed turkey.
 
All winning bids and packer prices when applicable will be charged to your credit card on file unless prior arrangements have been made with the Sale Committee.

Welcome to the Hamilton County Community Fair 2020 Livestock Auction!
 
In partnership with Hamilton County 4-H we are proud to offer for sale market animals the 4-H members have raised as part of their 4-H project.
 
Bidding will be open from July 3rd to July 9th. The funds 4-H members raise from this auction will be used to help the youth cover the cost of raising their animals, plan for future projects, add to their college fund and so much more.
 
This is also a terminal auction, meaning that all animals offered in this auction must be sent to the processor. All animals must be processed by the processor selected by The Community Fair Sale Committee or sent to the pre-arranged packer.
 
The winning bidder of each lamb, goat, and hog will have two options:
1. Pay Premium Only option - pay only your premium bid. The meat will be purchase by the packer. (For Example: If you are the high bidder at $500 or only pay $500 if you do not want the meat from the animal.)
2. Meat in Freezer option - If the winning bidder wants the meat from their purchase the packer price will be added to their winning bid.
 
The Bidder will also be responsible to pay the processing cost directly to the processor.
Cost for a hog will be approximately $1.00 per pound.
For lambs and goats it is a flat fee of $125.00 each.
 
All animals will be processed by the Chop Shop between July 16th - July 24th.
 
Winning bidders will be notified of their processing date. It will be the buyer's responsibility to contact the processer to provide processing instructions and to arrange for meat pickup.
 
The winning bidder of the turkeys will have one option: 1. Turkey option - pay your premium bid plus $8.00 processing cost.
 
The 4-H seller will contact the buyer to arrange for delivery of the processed turkey.
 
All winning bids and packer prices when applicable will be charged to your credit card on file unless prior arrangements have been made with the Sale Committee.
