All items will be sold "as is" "where is" with no guarantees of any kind. We sell items from estates. All items have been previously owned. Even if in a box and unopened, it has belonged to someone before. You must judge for yourself the age and condition of every item. We offer several photos of each item to show the piece from different sides. We also use a 36 inch yard stick for you to guage the height and demensions of items and most times we give demensions. Coca Cola can shows size in comparison of a well know item. If we can combine lots to ship in one box we will. Some items may take several boxes depending on bids you win. We will not guess or approximate shipping. We will ready items for shipping and pack for safe travels to your destination. We ship small items via US Mail. Especially media. We ship larger items via UPS. We ship most items ground unless you specify express shipping. You must make requests for express shipping in your notes to us when you register and make it known that you require shipping. We do not ship to P O boxes. We have to have a physicall ship address. You will be required to have insurance for the bid amount of the item and we will charge you the exact shipping charge plus a $10.00 per lot handling fee along with the insurance. Every item you bid on in this auction is bid online only. You will be charged a 18% buyers premium for this auction regardless of how you pay. You will be charged 7% sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please attach a copy of your resale tax certificate to us in an email when you register. We do not ship items over 50 pounds and will not ship furniture. LIve preview will be in our gallery at 308 E Main Street, Hogansville, GA 30230 on June 28 from 2 pm to 6 pm est.. We will offer in house pick up after the auciton closes. In house pick up dates will be Tuesday, July 28 and Wednesday, July 29, 2020. Pick up time is from Noon to 6 pm est. each day. If you can not pick up on the offered pick up dates, do not bid. We will charge you for your items if you win the bid even if you don't pick the items up. We will charge your credit card on file. We do not have room to keep your items after the pick up date. Please be aware before you bid of our terms. Anything bid on and won and not picked up will be considered abandoned and will become property of the auction. All bidders who require shipping will see two charges on their credit cards. One for the item total and one for shipping, handling and insurance.
