1. All winning bids will require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 3.5% surcharge on all credit card purchases. If you wish to pay cash (NO CHECKS) at pick-up, there will be NO surchage applied. All credit cards must be brought to the pick-up location to be charged before removal of items. Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases, as required by state law. If you are sales tax exempt, you will need to provide to us with the correct form prior to bidding. 3. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit/debit card, including buyer's premium, surcharges, sales tax, or shipping costs. All unpaid/unclaimed winning bids are subject to a 10% storage & re-listing fee, with a minimum charge of $10 per buyer.
