We reserve the right to charge the card on file. All invoices will be sent out showing a 10% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. If paying by credit or debit card. Card and drivers license must match Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate, but you are still responsible for your bids. We do not have alternate days. This is a nice online only auction to liquidate a nice estate in a townhome in St Charles, Mo. All items sell as is as found with no attempt to improve. The family had originally planned on having an estate sale, but between Covid 19 and the unrest that followed decided it want going ot happen. This auction has a soft closing beginning at 7:30 pm on Sunday June 28th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up will be at the home from noon til 6 on Tuesday June 30. There is a 10% Buyers Premium implemented on on line auctions to offset the cost of doing business. There is no shipping from estate auctions.
