1. There will be a 10% Buyers premium, %5 credit card and a 6% state sales tax added to the high bid to determine the total sales price of any and all items.
2. All items are being offered in an AS IS, WHERE IS, and HOW IS condition. There will be no oral, written or implied warranty of any kind on any or all items.
3. Once the Bidder has been declared the high bidder of any or all items, those items are then declared the bidder (s) and the high bidder takes full responsibility of those items.
The Seller, his/her representatives, the Auctioneer nor his/her representatives will be held responsible for any items once the bidder has been declared the high bidder of such items.
4. Cash or good local check will be accepted for this auction. All items must be paid for in full before removing items from the auction site. All sales are final. In the event the bidder renders a bad check to the Auctioneer, the bidder will be responsible for any and all costs to the Auctioneer required to collect the monies owed to the Auctioneer including any and all legal fees deemed necessary.
5. There are no minimum starting bids; however, the Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers on the items at his/her sole discretion.
6. Conduct of the auction and increments of the sale shall be at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer.
7. The Auctioneer has the right to withdraw any item, postpone or cancel the auction at his/her sole discretion without notice and to modify or add any terms and conditions either prior to or at the auction.

THIS AUCTION HAS BEEN CHANGED TO THE 18TH OF jULY Progressive Auction Co. will be conducting a NEW FURNITURE REDUCTION auction on July 16th starting at 10:00 a.m. at Chestnut Bay Furnishings store located at 6678 Richmond Rd. Williamsburg VA. The auction will include all types of new furniture and furnishings located at the store. Pictures of some of the furniture and furnishings when we finish lotting the items this week. Items may be added or subtracted prior to the auction so you will have to come and see what is really there at time of auction. The store is full of beautiful new furniture and furnishings. There is plenty of parking and there is a Wnedys next door so you will be able to attend the auction and have plenty of opportunity to eat as well. The store is located just East of the new Pottery on the same side of the street. The store will be open for inspection at 8:00 a.m. day of auction. Be sure to read the enclosed terms and conditions. We are accepting credit cards, good checks and cash at this auction. The buyer's permium is 15% with a 5% discount for using cash. Dealers are required to bring their own tax forms filled out prior to the auction to recieve the tax exempt status. No forms will be available. Staff will be available to assist you in loading your items and will be accepting tips. There is a asigned checkout and loading area. |
