All items sell AS-IS with no warranties of any kind. All buyers understand that items remaining on the lot after the auction are being left at the owners risk and that Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. will not be responsible for their security, safety or location. All items are subject to bidder/ buyer verification- all buyers understand that any information given via catalog or verbal representation should be confirmed by the buyer and do not in any way constitute a warranty, guarantee or in any way hold the Auction Company liable for what they may or may not be. Payment: Payment is expected on Auction day. Online buyers have until end of the day on Tuesday, September 8th to make payment via wire transfer. Other acceptable methods of payment include: Cash, wire transfer, Company check (with prior approval) No items will be released without payment in full. We do accept credit cards and we charge and additional 4% handling fee for that payment type. Credit card payments are NOT an acceptable means of payment for a titled vehicle. NOTE TO NEW BUYERS WITH MARTIN AUCTION: This means that if you pay with a check, your item will not be released until the check clears the bank. Please have a bank letter of guarantee submitted to our office prior to purchasing to have your items released on auction day. All items are subject to a 5% buyers premium onsite & 8% online. Items in the Farmer Retirement Closeout will have a $750 Buyer premium cap online with 8% fee up to that. There are two auction rings for this event. Ring one is a simulcast event with live online bidding. Ring 2 is a live bid. If you have placed a bid into ring 2, we will use your absentee bid durring that live bidding. Your bids will end a 8 A.M. on September 5 and after that, you will not be able to raise your bid on Miscellaneous items in Ring 2. Martin Auction will inform all online bidders of their purchases by Monday Morning, September 7th at 11 A.M. All loading/ un-loading will be performed as assistance only and is not included as part of normal service. Any removal of duals or tear down of equipment will incur a fee for that service. Any damage to an item in the loading & unloading process will be considered the fault of the owner of the property and NOT Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. or its owners or its employees. All bidders/ buyers agree that they are liable for full payment of all items purchased on their buyers numbers. All buyers understand that Martin Auction (or any of its divisions) shall have the right to collect attorney fees, interest and/or collection costs and disbursements in the event that they shall default on any transactions(s) at this auction on this date in accordance with the "Terms and Conditions" set forth. Further, buyers agree to pay same. Auctioneer will settle all disputes and his word will be final. All announcements made on auction day will take precedence over any previously printed or spoken data. Any item may be removed from the auction without notice. Ring 1 will be offered LIVE/ONLINE bidding, Ring 2 will be offered LIVE ONLY bidding. ANY ITEMS REMAINING AFTER 10 business days will be disposed of or moved into storage with a fee due for daily storage. Buyers with items remaining after 10 business days will incur a loading fee as well as storage costs.
