Personal Property: Full payment day of pickup.  All items to be picked up Tuesday, July 7th from 6-8 p.m.  

Mobile home: 10% of purchase price to be paid within 48 hrs. of auction completion.  Balance due in full, on or before 8/6/20. 

Contingencies: property is selling as-is, where is.  No financial contingencies.
