Auction Terms & Conditions You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% for all purchases paid for by cash or check when the items are picked up on the scheduled time periods. A 15% buyer's premium applies to all purchases paid for by credit card at the end of the auction (10% buyers premium and 5% for using credit card) and any item needed to be shipped. If you are picking up your items and paying by credit card, you can make payment at the pick-up. FOR SAFETY....... Exact change or check will be placed in an envelope or your cedit card wil be processed through Hibid. All items will be sprayed with Lysol and Gloves will be offered at the pick-up. You will be responsible to load your own items. Once the auction is over, you will be given the exact location for pick-up which is on North Broad Street Extension Grove City, PA. If an item is not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time, the buyer's charge card will be charged for the full invoice total and the 15% buyer's fee along with the shipping fees that apply to the item(s). ALL ITEMS are PICK - UP ONLY! All items must be picked up within 2 days of the completion of the auction or the items will become the property of Bullock's Bid 'N Buy even after the items have been paid for by Credit Card. Payment details: Payment must be received within 2 days of the auction and Items removed from the premise within 2 Days!!!! This is a timed auction HOWEVER the Auto-Extend Feature is enabled which will leave the bidding open for any item that has received a bid within the last minute, even if the the ending time has been reached.
