Located at 7761 S. Cherry Ave Fresno Ca. 93725. From Hwy 41 Go East on ‘South’ take South to S. Cherry Turn back north first home on left. You can see the auction sign on the 40′ C-Train when you turn onto South from Hwy 41. Signs will be posted on Hwy 41 and South. 10 minutes south of Fresno on Hwy 41.

Auction Preview Friday June 19th from 10 am till Noon & Saturday June 20th from 8 am till sale time.

This Auction is on a 2.5 acre property. Plenty of room to social distance.

• All attendees must have and wear a face mask covering nose & mouth. (No exceptions)
• All attendees are strongly encouraged to wear gloves,
• All attendees must adhere to 8-foot distancing rule,
• All attendees must follow all posted signs regarding covid 19 distancing rules.
• Hand Sanitizer will be available at cashiers’ desk.
• You will be responsible for carrying and loading all your own purchases, (be sure to bring someone with you that can assist you with large heavy items) Auction and Estate sale personnel with not be assisting with carrying or loading of purchases.
• Our primary concern is for the safety of all our customers and staff. Please come prepared to meet all the above criteria.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

You heard of the guys that find great old automobiles in the barn, We’ll we are one of those guys, These two beauty’s were placed in the barn in 1998 on stands, closed up tight and covered.

Two old tractors, 40′ storage container, vintage farm implements, sheds full of 100’s of tools, plus the household furnishings, old vintage fishings gear and lures, lots of military items ( air force) Huge selection of new and used camping gear, scrap iron, copper, I will be adding hundreds more items to this list during the week as we dig through the C-train and Barn & house. Old neon beer signs, camera collection, die cast car collection, Beer Stein collection, 100’s of great collectibles, We have found 100’s of quality hand and power tools, Two compressors, Honda generator, New Band saw, New jig saw, wet vacs, vintage bikes, loads of automotive, hooey carburetor and others, two dozen fire extinguishers, acetylene torch set up. Arc welder, old fire hydrant, whisky bottle collection, washer & dryer, refrigerator, Cal king bedroom set, old cast iron, old fruit packing boxes, lots of yard tools, industrial and other warehouse racking, lumber, scrap iron and copper piles, old and new tine and porcelain signs, whether vans, several hoists, lots of chain,  massive selection of nuts – bolts – screws, items will be loted from one items to large lots, I will be adding photos up till late friday night…

Terms of auction, you must register to purchase at this auction, We accept cash and all major credit cards No Checks, All sales are final, no warranties or guarantees, Buyers premium of 13% will be added to all purchases with a 3% discount for cash. Local sales tax will be added to all purchases. You are entering property at your own risk, dcobbestateliquidators and its clients are not responsible for lost or stolen property or personal injury.  All Purchase must be removed by  noon on Tuesday June 23rd. Face masks are mandatory. This is a no reserve auction.
