HOW TO BID
$5,000 Deposit must be presented at time of registration for auction in form of cash, cashier's check or approved personal property check. Balance is due at closing which will occur within 30 days from the date of the auction. If you are deemed the successful bidder, your check will be deposited into an escrow account and credited to you (the buyer) at closing.
If the successful bidder is unable to close on the property, as specified in the contract, you will forfeit your deposit. A 10% Buyer's Premium plus $895.00 will be added to the last bid to establish the final contact price. Seller will provide warranty deed and title insurance. Taxes will be pro-rated.
