Terms: 5% buyer's premium will be charged. ID required for cash or good check payable at RE/MAX Oak Crest Realty, 507 E. Jefferson St., Plymouth, IN from 9:00 A.M. till 5:00 P.M. No out of state checks. Credit/Debit cards accepted with additional 5% convenience fee (10% total). Credit card on file will be charged for payment at close of auction. Everything sold "as is." Not responsible for accidents or merchandise after sold.
Receipts will be issued at time of payment and are required for pick up. Information will be provided to arrange pick up, and all items must be picked up as scheduled on June 11, 12, and 15, 2020, from 10:00 A.M. till 3:00 P.M. (EST). All sales are pick up only. No shipments.
No sales tax. No refunds for items not picked up.
