Important Real Estate Terms & Conditions If you are deemed the successful bidder, your check will be deoposited into an escrow account and credited to you (the buyer) at closing. If the successful bidder is unable to close on the property as specified in the contract, you will forfeit your deposit. A 10% Buyer’s Premium plus $795.00 will be added to the last bid to establish the final contact price. Seller will provide a guaranteed certificate of title at closing at the title company.
