      * Plan for Two Auction Rings running simultaneously.
* Bring appropriate packing, boxes, hauling and transportation. Do not underestimate the quantity of what is being sold
*13% Buyer’s Premium. 3% discount if paid in cash
* Everything being sold “as is, where is” with no warranties expressed or implied
* Auction Preview begins at 9:30 a.m.
* Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted along with Personal & Business Checks and Cash.
* Everything must be removed the day of auction.
* Many lots shall be considered to be 'heavy'.  Be sure you provide your own labor, hauling equipment and transportation equipment to safely remove your merchandise.
* Auctioneers, Owners and fairgrounds are NOT responsible for accidents of any kind.
* Restrooms and Concessions will be available on site.
