Items must be removed from Premises within 48 hours at your own risk. * This is an OUTDOOR AUCTION with no seating. Please wear appropriate clothing. * Drivers license or appropriate photo identification is required for registration. No out-of-state checks accepted. * Auctioneer or property owners are NOT responsible for accidents that result in personal injury or theft. * Announcements day of auction take precedence over printed matter. *10% Buyer's Premium will apply to your final purchases. No out-of-state checks. * Everything sold is "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied.
