Payment Instructions: Valid Credit Card Required for bidding approval. Credit cards used during registration are for bidding approval only.
Full payment is due on day of sale or next business day. Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check, Money Order and/or Personal/Business Check with Bank Letter of Guarantee payable to ServCorp International, Inc. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express will be accepted by using PayPal. Any wires will incur a $25 Wire fee to cover banking fees. No Bank drafts accepted. Sales tax will be applied where applicable unless you provide valid proof of sales tax exemption at time of payment. An Invoice will be emailed to you if you are the high bidder within a few hours after the auction has concluded. If interested in paying onsite, you must contact Auction Company first, separate terms may apply.
Buyer's Premium: 15% on each item purchased. $25 Notary fee will be applied to all Vehicles, Boats &/or Trailers at time of invoice.
Winning Bids are not contingent upon financing, you must have money in hand to purchase items as you are legally responsible even if you cannot get financing. All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty and with all faults. All bids/sales are final.

Shipping Instructions: Auction company does not handle shipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, logistics and costs. Loading is the responsibility of the purchaser, however as a courtesy auction company may assist in loading when able. If you need shipping information we will do our best to assist in getting information for you, however we are not shipping experts.
Preview Date & Times: Wednesday, May 20th from 9AM to 2PM Central Time. No more than 10 people will be allowed at a time due to Covid19. All persons entering may be required to wear a face mask or face covering.
Checkout Date & Times: By Appointment Only Monday-Friday 8AM to 2PM. Please call 985.847.1242 to schedule. Please Do Not arrive without having an appointment or you may be turned away. All items must be out by 2pm on 6/3. No removal on 5/25. or weekends.

Some items in this auction are subject to seller's reserve; if reserve is not met the item will not be declared as sold.
All plastic pallets and/or basket crates are not included in the lots, they are the property of the Auction Company.
Buyers Premium of 15% will be added on all purchases. $25 Notary Fee applies to all items with titles and/or requiring a bill of sale; this is including but not limited to vehicles, boats and trailers and will be added at time of invoice.
Full payment is due on sale day or the following business day by cash or guaranteed funds. All payments must be made in US Dollars. Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check, Money Order and/or Personal/Business Check with a Bank Letter of Guarantee payable to ServCorp Int'l Inc will be accepted. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will also be accepted through PayPal. Wire Transfers will incur a charge of $ 25.00 to cover bank fees. Personal or business checks must be accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee. No bank drafts will be accepted. Separate terms apply for payments made onsite, please contact Auction Company. Invoice will be emailed to winning bidders within a few hours after auction concludes.
Sales Tax of 9.2% will be added to the purchase of all taxable items sold. Sales Tax, if applicable, will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer's premium. Buyers who purchase for resale must present their resale tax certificate at time of payment. If sales tax is not collected at time of purchase and at a later date is determined due, buyer agrees that he/she will bear the liability of the sales tax for his/her purchase and remit such tax to the Auction Company and/or sales tax authority.
There is a $ 25.00 notary fee, added at time of invoice, for all vehicles, boats & trailers and/or any other item with title or that requires a bill of sale. If purchaser is from out of state upon payment clearing the bank a copy of title and bill of sale for each applicable item will be sent to purchaser for signature. Upon receipt of these copies back to the Auction Company the original titles/bills of sale will then be sent by priority mail to the purchaser within 14 business days. If buyer is local, paperwork can be picked up from our auction site location.
All items are being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without warranty and with all faults. All sales are final. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any items or their fitness for any purpose. All counts are approximate. Item descriptions that include 'Works' 'Starts', 'Runs' or 'Operates' means that was the status of the item upon assigning lot number; it is not a warranty or representation that the item will work, start, run, or operate at any time thereafter. If working condition is not stated then the condition is unknown. . Please rely on your own inspection of item before bidding.

Auction Company/Seller make no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, on the items for sale and shall not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.
No item shall be removed from auction site until paid in full. As a courtesy, Auction Company assists with removal/loading, however removal, disassembly, loading, shipping, transportation and all associated costs of the items purchased is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If Auction Company loads buyers purchases they are not liable for any damage to equipment and/or buyers property. It is the purchasers responsibility to secure any/all safety equipment to meet applicable government safety standards in using or removing items purchased. Some equipment may require modifications to meet import and safety regulations. For details and for information on your export obligations, please contact your customs broker.
REMOVAL is by APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday to Friday between the hours of 8AM and 2PM. Please call 985.847.1242 or 985.288.9739 to schedule your removal. Please Do Not arrive for removal without having scheduled an appointment or you may be turned away because of the limit of people allowed due to Covid19. You will be notified of any restrictions to entering auction site due to Covid19 when you schedule your appointment. All purchases must be removed by Wed, June 3rd before 2pm, no exceptions. There is no removal on May 25th due to Memorial Day Holiday. No weekend removal is available.
All purchases must be removed by the stated removal dates/times or will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice to buyer. All monies from any resale of unpaid items and/or abandoned items shall be retained by Auction Company/Seller. Unpaid bidders will be banned from future auctions.
Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.
Auctioneers are representing the Sellers interests in this transaction. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over any printed material and/or prior oral statements. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyer is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. Once item has been declared sold, the buyer has entered into a contract and is responsible for the items.
The seller and auctioneer shall have no liability to the buyer of any lot for non-delivery of any purchased item(s), other than the return of the buyer's deposit or payment on the lot if applicable.
Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond control. Internet bidders be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the auctioneer/software failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds but is not responsible for the final result of delays. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company, seller or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins to close.
If you are an employee that works for the agency included in this auction, please check with your supervisor before bidding, as most surplus auctions for governmental agencies do not allow their employees to bid on their surplus items.
By registering for and bidding at this auction, bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand and agree to the above statements. When bidder is awarded the bid and declared the Buyer by the Auctioneer, bidder agrees to pay for the items as required. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
