NSF checks will be charged $35.00 and your check privileges will be suspended. Fradulent checks will be prosecuted. You agree to not Stop Payment on your check after you pick up your goods and understand that any such action by you wil be handled by the courts. Shipping terms must be items of less than 50 pounds each. Shipping will be done for the exact amount of costs, plus $10.00 per item for packing and handling. Insurance will be at the cost of any item. Any damage to any item will be addressed with the shippng company and not Van Byars Auction. We do not have storage space for items you do not pick up. Lots will close every 30 seconds with a 2 minute stagger for last minute bidding.
