ONE OWNER ESTATE AUCTION. Due to the passing of Mrs. LaForest's husband the following items will sell absolute at their cabin up north. This will be the first of two auctions that will be conducted for the LaForest Estate. This sale Features; 2009 Polaris Sportsman 500 Touring four wheeler, John Deere Riding Lawn Tractor, Firearms, Jon Boat, Canoe, Tools, Lawn & Garden, Outdoor Decorative Items, Household, Collectible & Craft Related Items. Please carefully review the terms and conditions prior to bidding on any item. Notes: - All bidders must be at least 18 years or older to bid on most items and 21 to Purchase Handguns (You must possess a purchase permit or MI CPL to purchase a handgun). NO EXCEPTIONS - All successful bidders will be charged a 13% internet premium if paying with credit card. - All successful bidders will be charged a 10% internet premium if paying with cash or check. - - Cash, MI Check or Credit Card is accepted. - Items can be paid for on the scheduled pickup date. - The credit card used to register will automatically be charged the full amount of any won items after 48 hours of the auction if payment has not been made. - The pickup location for items will be contained on the paid invoice of successful bidders/buyers location in the Harrison, MI area. - Any succesful bidder/buyer of a vehicle must bring proof of insurance on pickup day in order to drive the vehicle off location.
