In the event you would like the title written in someone else's name, they must present their valid drivers license day of Auction with a $25 fee. 5. I understand that this agreement and all rights of the parties there-under, shall be governed by the laws of the County of Knox, State of Tennessee and any action brought by either party shall be brought in the Courts of the State of Tennessee. In the event, that for any reason, the forum is deemed to be sufficiently inconvenient or the agreement on the forum selection is unenforceable it is still the intention of the parties that the Laws of the State of Tennessee govern the parties agreement and their rights attended thereto. 12. Vehicles purchased from Powell Auction are eligible for temporary plates from the TN Division of Motor Vehicles. There is a $7.50 charge for the 30 day temp tag. 13.
