We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 pm CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: No shipping available on this auction. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, May 18th from 2:00 - 5:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Cindy McConnell's husband Mike passed away earlier this year and Cindy has decided to sell her place and move to Kearney. She is selling many of Mike's personal items as she has no need for them including his new 2018 Dodge Ram Pickup with only 3800 miles on it.
