Directions: Take US – 23 to M – 36 (Pinckney Exit) then west through Pinckney to Cedar Lake Rd, then north to auction.

We will be running two rings auction day

Ring one

will start at 10:00 on car related smalls - ( paper and car realted that is in the two car garage). Then at 11:00 the cars will be sold, followed by car related in the pole barn, car parts outside, then everything else that is automotive related.

Ring two

Will be everything not related to cars. So antiques, household, Real Estate (will be sold at approx 11:30), Lawn equipment, tools, bikes, etc. This is the shorter of the two rings, so after a few hours it will be down to one auctioneer selling.

 

We have converted the back field into a huge parking lot - it should park a couple hundred cars -  head down the lane to the parking signs.

 

Auction day you can arrive as early as 8:00 am

Load out: All items that can be carried must be removed auction day.  Sunday through Tuesday on the cars.

1927 Paige 885 5 passenger sedan
131 ½" Wheelbase
Lycoming 8 Cylinder engine (This Lycoming engine was turned backward, given a 2 barrel carburetor and used to power the 1929 to 1931 Cord L-29 front wheel drive "classic car")
Borg Warner 4 -- speed transmission was advertised as "two high speeds". The top two gears are for highway cursing gears
Four wheel Lockheed brakes (Hydraulic)
Briggs body (Advertised as the most beautiful car in America"
Walnut steering wheel
Driven 1000 in the 40 years of ownership "A beautiful, smooth and powerful road and city driving car"
The car currently has a Ford fan and master cylinder, the original (damaged) fan and brake master cylinder are included.
Less than 3000 1927-28 Paige 885's were build, there are approximately six of these know to be left in existence.
Last driven 1981 stored inside radiator drained, cylinder bores oiled and hydraulic brakes bleed.

Solid underbody, nodular iron rear end, Boss front discs and lower mount front A-arms for SCCA racing.

1956 Austin Healey 100-4

solid Alabama car garaged in Michigan since 1976.

South Carolina car, never driven on Michigan salt 351 CID 4V three speed transmission. Last driven 1988/1989 stored inside

Black vinyl top 351 CID 4V four speed manual transmission 350:1 axle. May be a California car. Very solid strong running car.

Two 1961 Jeep Postal Fleetvans
Rare survivors one is complete for possible restoration the other could make a neat oddball street rod.

1964 Rambler Typhoon Yellow and Black
This 2 door hardtop was a special run of about 3000 built with the new 7 main bearing OHV 6 cylinder 232 CID engine that continued production as a 258 CID in the Jeep until about 2000.

Rare 1936 Ford Three Window Coupe

- this was the sellers pride and joy!
This vehicle has the Large Bore (LB) engine (in mid 1936, Ford went from a babbit pouded in the block main bearing to the LB insert bearing making this ½ year engine very desirable.
One owner since 1963 58,291 miles.
Last driven 1982 stored inside radiator drained cylinder bores oiled.

Directions: Take US – 23 to M – 36 (Pinckney Exit) then west through Pinckney to Cedar Lake Rd, then north to auction.

We will be running two rings auction day

Ring one

will start at 10:00 on car related smalls - ( paper and car realted that is in the two car garage). Then at 11:00 the cars will be sold, followed by car related in the pole barn, car parts outside, then everything else that is automotive related.

Ring two

Will be everything not related to cars. So antiques, household, Real Estate (will be sold at approx 11:30), Lawn equipment, tools, bikes, etc. This is the shorter of the two rings, so after a few hours it will be down to one auctioneer selling.

 

We have converted the back field into a huge parking lot - it should park a couple hundred cars -  head down the lane to the parking signs.

 

Auction day you can arrive as early as 8:00 am

Load out: All items that can be carried must be removed auction day.  Sunday through Tuesday on the cars.

 

Cars:

1927 Paige 885 5 passenger sedan
131 ½" Wheelbase
Lycoming 8 Cylinder engine (This Lycoming engine was turned backward, given a 2 barrel carburetor and used to power the 1929 to 1931 Cord L-29 front wheel drive "classic car")
Borg Warner 4 -- speed transmission was advertised as "two high speeds". The top two gears are for highway cursing gears
Four wheel Lockheed brakes (Hydraulic)
Briggs body (Advertised as the most beautiful car in America"
Walnut steering wheel
Driven 1000 in the 40 years of ownership "A beautiful, smooth and powerful road and city driving car"
The car currently has a Ford fan and master cylinder, the original (damaged) fan and brake master cylinder are included.
Less than 3000 1927-28 Paige 885's were build, there are approximately six of these know to be left in existence.
Last driven 1981 stored inside radiator drained, cylinder bores oiled and hydraulic brakes bleed.

1969 Boss Mustang 302 
Solid underbody, nodular iron rear end, Boss front discs and lower mount front A-arms for SCCA racing.

1956 Austin Healey 100-4

solid Alabama car garaged in Michigan since 1976.
Last driven 1977 stored inside radiator drained cylinder bores and carburetor dampers oiled.


1969 Mustang GT Convertible
South Carolina car, never driven on Michigan salt 351 CID 4V three speed transmission. Last driven 1988/1989 stored inside

1969 Mustang Sports roof (Fastback)
Black vinyl top 351 CID 4V four speed manual transmission 350:1 axle. May be a California car. Very solid strong running car.

1969 Mustang Mach I blue
351CID 4V Automatic Transmission (FMX) 3.25:1 axel. Solid car.

Two 1961 Jeep Postal Fleetvans
Rare survivors one is complete for possible restoration the other could make a neat oddball street rod.

1964 Rambler Typhoon Yellow and Black
This 2 door hardtop was a special run of about 3000 built with the new 7 main bearing OHV 6 cylinder 232 CID engine that continued production as a 258 CID in the Jeep until about 2000.

Rare 1936 Ford Three Window Coupe

- this was the sellers pride and joy!
This vehicle has the Large Bore (LB) engine (in mid 1936, Ford went from a babbit pouded in the block main bearing to the LB insert bearing making this ½ year engine very desirable.
One owner since 1963 58,291 miles.
Last driven 1982 stored inside radiator drained cylinder bores oiled.

1948 Mercury Convertible
One owner since 1957 142,182 miles.
Last driven 1973 stored inside radiator drained cylinder bores oiled.
