Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds * Ann Arbor, MI

5055 Saline – Ann Arbor Rd. Ann Arbor, MI

DIRECTIONS: Take I-94 to Saline-Ann Arbor Road Exit, SW to fairgrounds.

 

Anybody can participate!

For questions on participating, exhibiting, or consigning items for the auction call David Helmer @ 734.368.1733

For questions on Flea Market space or trade show call Lynn Rich @ 734.429.3145

This event will use the entire Fair Grounds and will have something for all ages. If we experience rain we have all the buildings for use

Entry to Farmfest will be FREE this year for all ages - There will be a donation box with all money going to the Farm Council

Schedule and Set up

If you want to bring your Tractors, Engines, Cars, etc. out on Friday, they can be stored inside in a locked facility overnight

If you are coming Saturday morning plan on being set up before 9:00 AM

 

featured tractors will be outside of building A

Other tractors will be in front of building B

Engines will be in front of building C

Lawn and Garden will be in front of building D

Tractors from the tractor pull when not in action should be in front of E,F, and G

Collector Cars and Trucks along roped off area

We want you to display whatever you have! - Pictures - Toys - Models Etc.

Everyone enters through gate A

Parking in front and the South side of the fairgrounds

Gates open to public @ 9:00 AM and Auction preview starts

Tractor Pull - all day

12:30 Kids Pedal Pull - Free

Toy Show and Garage Sale - All Day

Vendors, displays, working show - All Day

Variety of Food

At the close of Farm Fest (approx 4:00ish) we will be hosting

Stan Poet's Retirement Party

Stan is retiring after 25 plus years as WFC manager and there will be a pig roast in his honor. We will provide the meat and essentials, you bring a dish to pass - All Farm Fest participants are invited and all friends and admirers of Stan are welcome - No RSVP required

 

Note From the WFC and Braun and Helmer:

If you have read this far you must attend the show! We have many people who don't have a farm background that attend the show. This event is a family oriented, educational, and just plain fun. We would appreciate your attendance.
