There will be Texas Sales Tax of 7.75% unless the buyer has a valid resale tax certificate on file with us. U.S. coins / currency are not subject to sales tax. Methods of payment include cash, check, or credit card with valid ID. There is a $35 charge for returned checks. You must contact us to make payment as we do not use Hibid's checkout system. All items won will be invoiced from tecampbellcpa@yahoo.com on the Sunday following the auction. Items won must be paid for within 3 days of auction close and arrangements must be made for pickup, storage, shipping, or delivery of items (we have dropoff delivery points available in Ennis, Corsicana, Hillsboro, Waxahachie, and Bellmead). If the foregoing is not complete by midnight Wednesday following the auction, the items you bid on will be considered abandoned, the transaction voided, and Silver Lake Auction retains the property, after which it will be resold in a future auction or returned to the consignor. By placing a bid through this website or at the live auction, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item within 3 days should you win the item, and agree that after 3 days you abandon the item if the transaction is not complete.
