All items must be paid for and picked up by APRIL 27TH at 5:30 pm. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. Shipping arrangements also need to be made by APRIL 27TH at 5:30 pm. If you purchased furniture or large items, please make sure you bring someone to help you load. We are only able to remove the item(s) from the auction house to the sidewalk. Please assure you maintain 6 ft. distance at that time.
