Registered bidders agree to all terms and conditions as set forth by auction company. All items are sold strictly as is, where is including all faults. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine exact condition and authenticity of an item. B & H Auction strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns. B & H Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion. Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes. Ownership is transferred once auctioneer calls it sold. B & H Auction holds no liability for any item after is has been called as sold, and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibily of the buyer, and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy. 18% Buyer's Premium charged to all online bidders. 13% Buyer's premium charged to live in house bidders if those purchases are paid for by Credit/Debit card, in house bidders buyer's premium will be discounted to 10% if purchases are paid for by cash or authorized check. 15% Buyer's premium charged to telephone and absentee bidders. All purchases made in person must be paid for on day of sale. All online, absentee and phone purchases must be paid for upon receipt of invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and may be used for payment of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, approved certified funds, wire transfer, or approved check with a valid US billing address. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer, or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior bidding history with our company. B & H Auction reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared. Wire transfer fees will be incurred by the buyer. B & H Auction may, at their discretion, require certain lots to be paid for by wire transfer only. We accept USD (U S Dollars), VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. All sales subject to Virginia sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us. All items must be picked up at our auction gallery within ten (10) days from date of auction or other prior arrangements must be made. Any items not claimed and left after thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of B & H Auction with no refunds given. Shipment and pick up is done at the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, handling, shipping and delivery services are performed at the sole risk of the buyer. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up. Estate firearms must be picked up at the auction gallery with valid ID for paperwork. There will be NO shipping of any guns. Must be over 18 to purchase firearms. Must have valid Virginia ID to purchase handguns. Registered bidders will be added to our customer database & will be sent email notices of upcoming auctions.
