PURCHASE TERMS: All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. Inspection is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Payment is cash, check or credit card and is due at pick up.
A 13% buyer's premium is on all items. We do not automatically charge the credit card you register with. Please be prepared to pay at time of pick up. We accept cash, check or credit card.
SHIPPING: Purchase totals for shipping in excess of $1000 requires approval prior to bidding from The Hayes Group. Wire transfers will be required on all purchases of $1000 or more. Please note that the credit card that you place on file with HiBid is the credit card that will be billed, and the address you provide is the shipping address where your items will be shipped. Credit card and ship to addresses cannot be changed.
We do not ship items but shipping can be arrranged with The Mailroom in Lexington and they will ship for you. Please call them for their shipping rates. Items are not subject to shipping rates. This is a courtesy and we do not warrant them or their shipping.
