CONDITIONS OF SALE The property is described as 701 2nd Concession Rd. STR, Delhi Ontario, MID CON2 STR PT LOT 23 REG, located in the Norfolk County, Roll # 541-060-04800-0000 shall be sold as is, where is, subject to minimal reserve bid. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. In any case of dispute between bidders, the property shall be immediately put up for auction again. No person shall retract his/her bid. The purchaser, at the time of sale, shall pay a deposit of $50,000.00 dollars of the amount of the purchase money, and the sale shall be completed within 45 days when the balance of said purchase money shall be paid unless previous arrangements have been made.
