I understand that this agreement and all rights of the parties there-under, shall be governed by the laws of the County of Knox, State of Tennessee and any action brought by either party shall be brought in the Courts of the State of Tennessee. In the event, that for any reason, the forum is deemed to be sufficiently inconvenient or the agreement on the forum selection is unenforceable it is still the intention of the parties that the Laws of the State of Tennessee govern the parties agreement and their rights attended thereto. 12. Vehicles purchased from Powell Auction are eligible for temporary plates from the TN Division of Motor Vehicles. There is a $15.00 documentation fee that will include a 30 temp tag. 13. The descriptions listed and pictures displayed in the online catalog for each vehicle are a guide and a tool for the buyer/bidder and ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE. Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of owner up to and reserve price set on the items being sold. all ites are sold with reserve unless noticed otherwise. BUYING SCALE: $1 - $999 = $100 $1000 - $1999 = $200 $2000 - $2999 = $300 $3000 - $ABOVE $350 TERMS: $500 cash deposit due upon registration. Deposit is refundable if no purchase is made or applies toward the purchase price of a vehicle. Buyer's Premium scale fee & tax will be added to all purchases.
