The University of Michigan C.S.Mott Children's Hospital will be celebrating its 36th anniversary on Monday, June 1st. The Classic is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the overall health care experience for the patients and their families at Mott Hospital. Held the first Monday in June the Classic offers participants the opportunity to play a round of scramble-format golf on one of two championship course - the beautiful University of Michigan Radrick Farms Golf Course or Ann Arbor's Barton Hills Country Club - followed by dinner, silent and live auctions (compliments of Braun & Helmer Auction Service, Inc.),and an awards presentation that evening at Barton Hills Country Club, starting at 5:00 pm. 730 Country Club Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan The Mott Golf Classic has become one of Michigan's premiere charitable golf outings. In 2008, the Classic, with the generous suport of its many sponsors, raised $450,000 to fund the Mott Family Network (computers and software at patient bedside); care give support initiatives at Mott as well as a pledge of $1 million to the Ronald McDonald House Within a Hospital, currently under construction in the new Mott and Women's Hospital.
