McGraw-Hill, New York, 1964. Hard Cover. Book Condition: Fine. First Edition. One of 1750 copies signed by the author, who died the same year of publication and signed only part of the edition. Numbers 200 and under were signed by MacArthurs hand and the remaining copies were signed by his wife. This is #174! Fine condition. Bound in cream stamped in gilt, in protective slipcase showing some wear. Limited edition
