The auctioneers are acting as agents of the sellers only. All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. The auctioneer has made every effort to accurately describe the items. All comments on condition and quality of any and all items are the opinion of the auctioneer only. It is the responsibility of the bidders to satisfy themselves as to the condition and quality of the items on which they are bidding. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to all sales. All bids and payments will be in the form of United States Dollars only. Missouri Sales Tax of 8.425% will be charged on all in-state purchases. Unless otherwise indicated, all lots are offered subject to a reserve, which is the confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold. The auctioneer may further bid on behalf of the seller, up to the amount of the reserve, by placing successive or consecutive bids for a lot or by placing bids in response to other bidders. The winning bid in an auction will be the highest bid that exceeds any reserve (if a reserve exists). In the case of equal bids, the earliest bid received will be the winning bid. If a higher bid is subsequently withdrawn or removed then the auctioneer shall have the right to accept the next highest bid. All bids are in the form of United States Dollars only. The auction will begin to close at 6:00 p.m., Central Daylight Savings Time (7:00 p.m. Eastern), on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
