* If item remains unpaid for 5 days or if the item is not picked up 5 days from the auction end date, said item/s will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

CHECKOUT: MONDAY, APRIL 6TH FROM 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm CDT at GATHMAN AUCTION COMPANY'S AUCTION HOUSE (306 W. MAIN ST., HAVANA, IL 62644). All items must be paid for and picked up by APRIL 6TH at 5:30 pm. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. Shipping arrangements also need to be made by APRIL 6th at 5:30 pm. If you purchased furniture, please make sure you bring someone to help you load. We are only able to remove the item(s) from the auction house to the sidewalk. Please assure you maintain 6 ft. distance at that time.
