All bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. The inital registration for bidder verfication only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. Payments for purchases will be made to JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and thebuyer is fully and solely responsible for all activites that occur under your username, password, or on your account. Bill and Ruby Montgergard life long citizens in Danviile, Il is offering their collection of vinyl records. Bill and Ruby were the owners of B&J Music for many years. The record collection is a wide variety of toe tapping, boogie, brass, jazz, marching, country, instrumental music. There is even some University of Illinois Records. This is the time to buy the favs of the past and spin them again. Most of the records are used, there are some that are brand new never opened. Bill listen to almost every single record. Expect the jackets to have wear, a tear, maybe writing or a sticker, Most Jackets are in good shape. The records are in played condition and if they are new, its marked. Dusty, maybe marks. I didn't play any of them and I checked most to make sure they are the right ones. Selling AS IS ask questions if there is something you want to see closer. Once you bid you are in for that lot.

Consignors will not be allowed to bid on their own items. If the property is in an Estate, any family member will be allowed to bid and pay for their purchases. Shill bidding is inviolation of various state and federal laws. As in all auctions conducted by Jon Witvoet Auctioneer, auction personnel will be allowed to bid and pay for their purchases. All bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. The inital registration for bidder verfication only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. Payments for purchases will be made to JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and thebuyer is fully and solely responsible for all activites that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Jon Witvoet Auctioneer cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You must be of legal age (18yrs) to bid and provide a valid credit card at registration. JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time. On the last day of the auction, items will close every 30 seconds starting at 7:00pm.CST. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes, biddingon that item will be extended another 5minutes. You cannot be "snped" as on eBay! Payment will be paid to JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER at the close of the auction with credit card. Payment may be made by Visa, Master Cared or Discover with no extra fees. Buyer specifically waves the right to dipute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. JON WITVOET AUCTIONEER will strive to describe to the up most and provide photos of items being sold and will answer questions about items but make no guarantees once item has been sold. All items are being sold "as is" condition with all faults and amenities with no expressed, written, or implied warrranty. Make sure you understand the condition of the item before you bid. Large items such as furniture, ect., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Small items may be shipped at buyer's cost. Some items Jon Witvoet Auctioneer may ship, but most will be shipped by a professional shipper. A certain date and a window of time to pick up your items for each auction will be given. Each buyer must bring packing items and do your own packing. Jon Witvoet Auctioneer will not furnish euqipment to load items. No abandonment of purchaseditems is allowed. Purcharser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abondoned items. If you canoot pick up your purchases by the date and time frame set, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a differnt date and time. You can place your highest bid and thesystem will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you intheincrements until you run outof money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to defray thecost of making these items available to you to bid from your own home and on your time frame. In event of a disagreemnt of any type over this auction, buyer and seller both agree that this will be arbitrated in Vermilion County, Illinois. If we have habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from future auctions. Bill and Ruby Montgergard life long citizens in Danviile, Il is offering their collection of vinyl records. Bill and Ruby were the owners of B&J Music for many years. The record collection is a wide variety of toe tapping, boogie, brass, jazz, marching, country, instrumental music. There is even some University of Illinois Records. This is the time to buy the favs of the past and spin them again. Most of the records are used, there are some that are brand new never opened. Bill listen to almost every single record. Expect the jackets to have wear, a tear, maybe writing or a sticker, Most Jackets are in good shape. The records are in played condition and if they are new, its marked. Dusty, maybe marks. I didn't play any of them and I checked most to make sure they are the right ones. Selling AS IS ask questions if there is something you want to see closer. Once you bid you are in for that lot.
