There will be no shipping on this sale, PICKUP ONLY. Any late arrivals for pickup will be subject to a $50 per hour charge with a minimum of $50 subject to Wisconsin Estate Solutions' approval.

By bidding on lots that contain Firearms or ammunition, bidder warrants to Seller, Auctioneer, and Auction Company, that you, as the bidder, are in fact legally allowed to own and /or possess the items in those lots.
1. You must be a Wisconsin Resident and have proof of residency (current Driver's License/State ID with a Wisconsin address) OR have a Federal Firearms License.
2. Person who registered is the only individual who can take receipt of any firearms/ammunition lot. We do not accept substitutes for pickup including spouses. Additionally the credit card on file MUST match with the name of the person registering.
3. You must be at least 18 years old to bid on shotgun/rifle lots (This includes lots that contain shotgun/rifle ammunition)
4. You must be at least 21 years old to bid on Handgun lots (This includes lots that contain handgun ammunition)
5. Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC and its agents reserves the right to refuse delivery for any bidder that has been convicted of any felony, or appears, in the opinion of our employees or agents, to be purchasing said lots for the purpose of breaking any laws including transferring to other parties/individuals not lawfully allowed to own or possess said items.
6. Refusal of delivery by Wisconsin Estate Solutions, or it's agents, does not relieve the bidder from paying for all lots, including the lots not delivered.
7. Firearms or ammunition will not be shipped or transferred under any circumstances.
8. Payment for Firearms/Ammunition lots MUST be in cash or good check, however bidder agrees that Auction Company may charge credit card full amount plus any additional fees for failure to perform.
There is no sales tax applied to any of the lots in this sale. Please note that any items that are fastened, secured, or in any way attached to the house, fixtures, doors, walls, countertops, cupboards, or cabinets are not included unless specifically listed as such. Any dispute regarding this will be at the discretion of the Auctioneer and Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC to determine if it is part of the lot.
Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer.
If you wish to use a different payment method other than what you registered with, contact us immediately after receiving your e-mail confirmation of your purchase. Items not removed on pickup day will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee and will be considered abandoned after 7 days with NO REFUND unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pickup will be available Tuesday, April 28, 2020 from 4 PM to 7 PM and Wednesday, April 29, 2020 from 3 PM to 6 PM at 233377 County Road H, Edgar WI 54426 (formerly 1878 Cty Hwy H in Edgar).

A 35% reselling fee will be applied to purchases not paid in full by Saturday following auction.
Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Marathon County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees that the liability of Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC shall be limited to the purchase price of a lot. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Marathon County, Wisconsin.
Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.
