Seller to provide abstracts to date and title insurance commitment showing marketable title per the title standards of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Trustees Deed and Documentary Stamps. 

Grand River Abstract & Title Company, Grove, OK shall be the escrow and closing agent.  Buyer responsible for $300.00 closing fee to the title company.

We will be conducting the Live Simulcast Real Estate Auctions outdoors and depending upon the amount of Auction Participants, Bidders shall either remain in their vehicles or comply with Social Distancing as outlined.

And what about Personal Property and Equipment Auctions? Due to the likeness of a large crowd, we have made our current Auctions Online Only.  Future Auctions will be Booked after May 15th and on into the summer. During preview and pick up times, the number of people allowed outside their vehicles will be limited to no more than 10 at one time.
