We have the only known photo album of General Meade’s family. ANTIQUE BOOKS: “Observations” written by Alexander Hamilton published 1797, Stark’s Handbook c.1870 (german), Gallerie Zu Shakspeare’s Dramatischen Werken 1828, works by George Eliot, Thackeray, English Men of Action, La Jeune Armee by Jules Richard 1890, With Meade at Gettysburg, Burns’ the Cotter’s Saturday Night first edition, Gough’s History of the Quakers c.1790, History of PA 1798, and other books and portfolios from the ESTATE of George Meade Easby of Chestnut Hill, PA, the great grandson of General George Meade, and others.
