All registering bidders agree for Walt Cade Auctions or it's subsdaries to use phone numbers and emails for future notifications of auctions, via phone robot call or email campaigns. We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. Currency: USD 1. Buyer's premium as posted on this auction. All vehicles and titled property must be paid for with a cashiers check, cash or credit card. No personal checks. There is a $14.00 registration charge on each vehicle for title transfer. 2. All items are offered for sale as is, where is and no special warranty or guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described item. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder and the bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition before bidding. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGE BACKS 3. Auction sales are strictly for cash, cashier's check or personal check with prior approval , Visa, Master Card, or Debit Card. All sales are final at the close of the auction. 4. BIDDING ONLINE ONLY. We accept only bidding online. If you do not have access to a computer but wish to bid the auction company will create an account for you and bid on your behalf . 5. All items purchased by the successful bidder must be paid for on day after the day of sale, Unless otherwise specified. Items purchased must be removed on the day of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. 6. The highest bidder will prevail. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith. Should any disputes arise between bidders the decision of the Auctioneer in the exercise of judgement as to the successful bidder will be final. 7. All items offered for sale in this auction will be offered for sale by auction only and there are no presales. 8. The Auctioneer or Auction House assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog, advertising or on the part of the bidder. 9. Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. All Dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and fill out a Texas Resale Card prior to bidding for Tax Exempt Status. 10. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own merchandise or have any agent bid on their behalf. We will not package or ship, however, we will accomodate you in shipping arrangements. Any item not picked up within the 48 hour pickup time fame will incure a $10 per day storage charge. 15. Auction Method: Online Preview: Online Only Bidding Period: thru March 22 @ 8pm (Soft Close) Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close witll be charged to card on file. (No credit cards for vehicles) Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee that will be assessed for any credit card that is declined for a purchase. Large Invoices: Auction company, at it's option may elect to charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash or Cashier's Check. Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. Condition: You are buying As is, Where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. Buyers Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash Shipping: Nationwide Shipping is available. We will add $10 Handling fee to any shipping order + the cost of shipping. If you desire shipping, send us a copy of your invoice with a note for shipping request and sign it to amanda@waltcadeauctions.com. We will calculate the shipping charges and charge your card for the shipping. We drop off at a UPS pack and mail and they do all the packing, Shipping and Insurance. Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. Note: Framed Images are wonderful laser prints. Certificates of Authenticity is from CSC Collectables of Roswell Georgia and is registered by them. This included many of the cards and other autographed items. We also have some Certificates of Authenticity from Platinum Collectables. Each have their own opinion. Many agencies do not recognize either as a valid source of Grading. Walt Cade Auctions advises these items are for your enjoyment and do not warrrant any item to be authentic and will not entertain refunds based on such claims.
