Conditions of Sale
All sales are final and all property is sold "As is, Where is." It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to describe all these items to try to give you a visual of the item you are bidding on. We describe them to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. If you have questions or are NOT SURE about the condition of or anything pertaining to an item in our auction please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call. Call (832) 880-8801.
Buyers Premium
We charge a 16% buyers premium.
Bidding
A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agree to be bound by them. In the event of non-payment during posted pickup days, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card you provided upon registration. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges.
Payment
Gallery One accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks or cashier checks. All credit card payments shall be processed by Gallery One.
Authenticity
Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc.
Auction
The Auction house owners, employees and consignors reserve the right to bid on any items in auction. Persons attending preview or auction during removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held including but not limited to personal injury, fire or theft. If foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Auctioneer and Seller by law, including without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, auctioneer at his option may 1) resell the property publicly or privately, with the purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred or 2) cancel the sale, retaining all liquidated damages on all payment made by purchaser. Auctioneer commission and all other incidental damages will be charged. Auctioneer is acting as an agent and agent only and is not responsible for the acts of his or her principals.
Pickup Times
Pick up times are firm unless extenuating circumstances warrant i.e., acts of nature, etc. All items must be picked up during the published times. If you cannot make pickup during the established times, DO NOT BID. Do not risk placing a bid hoping that we can store your items! We do not have the room or the resources to store your items. Again, if you cannot make pickup during the established times, DO NOT BID. If you do choose to bid and fail to pick up your items during the published times, we will charge the credit card on your file for the invoiced amount. If late pickup is requested, we will charge the card on your file $30 penalty fee for the first day and $10 for each additional day up to 7 days at which time items will become property of the auction house and will be resold. Failure to abide by the pickup times may result in loss of bidding privileges.
Governing Law
The laws of the state of Texas govern this agreement. Any and all lawsuits must be filed in Harris County courts.
Privacy Policy
Included in these terms and conditions is the privacy policy as outlined on the Gallery One website.
Indemnification
Buyer shall indemnify Gallery One against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Buyer agrees to indemnify Gallery One for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Gallery One, it's owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
Intellectual Property
By submitting any images to Gallery One for the purpose of sale, marketing, or any use on our website, you grant Gallery One world wide non-exclusive license to use the image on any and all marketing collateral digital, printer or otherwise.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and copyrights owned by Gallery One shall not be used without written permission. This includes the name Gallery One, Gallery One Auctions, Gallery One Estate and Liquidations Services, any and all website URL addresses and abbreviations of such.

It is a heavy piece and there are small scratches to the paint in spots. 4 Baseball Signed by Nolan Ryan It has the COA and comes on a stand. The display piece is missing part of its cover that goes over baseball. The baseball is discolored in spots. 5 Pair of Dueling Pistols by Butler Two pieces in case. They are both 22 caliber and they take 22 caliber bullets. Their serial numbers are sequential. They are 2.5x5. There are scratches to the finish on the case. Untested. 6 Sterling James Avery Texas Tech Keychain The weight not including the keyrings is 11.6 grams. The pendant is 1.25 inches long. 7 Marquis Waterford Crystal Carafe & Wine Stems Seven pieces. Tallest is 11 inches. There are small chips on the top of carafe. The silver is heavily worn on some of the dinner plates. 12 Vintage Noritake Serving Pieces It is in the "Reina" pattern. Includes 2 tea pots, 1 coffee pot, 2 sugars, 4 creamers, gravy boat, and 4 platters. Three of the platters are 11x16. The silver is heavily worn off some of the platters. 13 Alligator Skin Purse 8x12x3. Is real alligator hide. Does not have maker mark. There is wear to the hide on strap. 14 Steuben Glass Elephant 8x5x4. He does have a small chip on one tusk. 15 Art Deco Clock Set with Deer Three pieces. The clock is 9x19.5x2.5. It has two marble and onyx side pieces. One of the side pieces needs to be reattached to the base. The face is loose on the clock. 16 Art Glass Vase by Robert Held 5.5 inches tall. It is iridescent on the outside. It is signed on the bottom and has original label. 17 Vintage Burberry Trench Coat It is 26 inches from armpit to armpit. It has a fully removable wool liner. The coat itself has the traditional plaid liner. It is pre 1998 before Burberry changed its name. It has a hole in both liners. 18 Italian Style Serving Cart 29x31x30 with the leaves up. Has a holder for six bottles and a rail all the way around the top. The metal parts have worn gold paint in places. One hinge needs to be reattached on one leaf. Large wheels slide off the axels easily. 19 Sterling James Avery Pendants Two pieces. Total weight is 13.9 including stone and bronze. 20 10K Gold Ring It is a vintage high school ring. It was resized to a size 5. We cannot find a mark but it did test to 10K. It is 6 grams. 21 14K Gold Ring It weighs 2.6 grams. It is a size 6.5. It has the letters N.O. on the top. We could not find the mark but it does test to be 14K gold. 22 Collection of Sterling Jewelry Five pieces. Total weight is 31.3 grams including stones and brass. Coach purse is 7x10x3.5. Code number on the Coach purse is E0993-14156. Coach purse needs to be cleaned and there are light scuffs to the leather in spots. Dooney & Burke has small stains inside.
