PER NC EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 120

AS ALL KNOW THIS HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL MAY 8TH. THEN WE WILL SEE ABOUT GATHERING CAPACITIES. WE MISS HAVING AUCTIONS AND SEEING EVERYONE. WE ARE PRAYING EVERYONE REMAINS WELL AND HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON. SOUTHERN AUCTION STAFF.

Governor Cooper has issued NC Executive Order No. 120, effective at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, for 30 days.

Section 1(a) reduces the maximum allowable limit on Mass Gatherings from 100 persons to 50 persons.

Section 1(b) is amended and no longer exempts "retail establishments."
