The down payment may be paid in the form of personal check, business check, or cashier's check. No out of state checks. The balance of the contract purchase price is due at closing within 45 days. YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING. ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES: The successful bidder will sign a purchase agreement immediately following the close of online bidding. Bidder agrees to appear in person to sign purchase agreement at Young and Young Attorneys, 44 S Main St. Manheim, PA 17545 within 24 hours of the close of bidding. TRANSFER TAX: Buyer is responsible for all transfer taxes. CLOSING: Closing shall take place within 45 days after the close of bidding, or is mutually agreed upon.
