Auction is held in our climate controlled, permanent, smoke free facility. Clean restrooms available on-site.
This auction features our normal HUGE selection of furniture, antiques, glassware and other box lots, and home accessories.
Our auctions always feature a selection of quality furnishings, from antique to brand new. Woods include cherry, mahogany, walnut, oak, pine, and more. Furnishings often include dining room sets, bedroom sets, living room furnishings, occasional tables/chests, appliances and multiple home accessories.
Terms of sale: 10% Buyer's Premium plus 3% convenience fee for credit or debit. NC Sales tax of 6.75% collected unless tax ID number on file. Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted. All sales final. All items sold AS-IS. Payment must be made IN FULL on day of sale. Buyer assumes responsibility for all items upon completion of bid. Items left on premises after scheduled pick up time(s) are FORFEITED. Announcements on day of sale take precedence over printed materials.
