STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31st, 2020. The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 30 seconds there after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up Thursday, April 2nd from 9 AM - 4 PM; Friday, April 3rd from 9 AM - 4 PM or Saturday, April 4th from 9 AM - 3 PM. Due to the Covid-19 situation all winning bidders must schedule a load out time with the auction company so we can avoid having more that one customer at a time in the building. Lot numbers 1, 2 and 22 must be picked up after April 6th by appointment to allow ample time for the rest of the items to be moved out of the way first. Lot number 1 and 2 will require the use of a profesional and insured rigging company to remove, please contact the auction company for the contact info of a local professional rigging company. SHIPPING: Shipping is NOT available for this auction. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include: -Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3% convenience fee). In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment and shipping by the end of the last pick up day the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
