Items that have not been picked up within 5 Business Days following Auction will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given. Pickups: All items MUST be picked up during specified pick up times. It is the buyer's responsibility to check all contents of the package before removing it from the premises. If you pick up at an auction location or by another arrangement it is also your responsibility to check the contents of the package in the company of a Ligon Company Employee.
