Sales Terms All sales are final, on an As Is -Where Is " In Place" " With All Faults" Basis. No Item shall be removed unless paid in full and all items shall be removed in the time allocated by the auctioneer. No items shall be removed until the close of the auction sale and items have been paid for. Payment Terms FULL SETTLEMENT TO BE MADE THE DAY OF THE SALE. Acceptable forms of payments are as follows: Cash, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer or Business check along with a bank letter. We will accept Visa & Master credit cards with a 4% convenience fee on top of the invoice amount. All sales are final and are to be paid by the conclusion of the sale. A buyers premium and sales tax will be charged on all purchases. Removal Terms Cost, responsibility, and risk of removal of purchases remain with the buyer. All items must be removed in the time allocated that will be posted by the Auctioneers. No purchases can or will be removed until the end of the sale. No claims of any kind shall be allowed for any reason on any items not removed or after an item has been removed by the purchaser. On Items that cannot be hand carried out, the buyer must use a licence insured rigger to remove the items. If and item is not removed in the time allocated then it is the right for the Auctioneer to charge the buyer for removal and storage fees where applies. All items must be removed by March 26th 2020 by 3:30 PM. Pick up times are from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM M-F ( No weekends ) Please contact for quotes on removal.
