Payment by cash, check or wire transfer due by the close of business the day following the auction. Credit card accepted with a 3% convenience fee. Possession and title held for a 10-day bank clearance period with payment by check for out of state and unknown buyers. Possession and title held for wire confirmation. 

PERSONAL PROPERTY INSPECTION

Inspection on location Friday, February 28, 1-3pm and Saturday, February 29 from 10AM - 2PM during the live auction. 

PERSONAL PROPERTY PICKUP 

Everything must be removed by Sunday, March 15, 2020. Buyers are responsible for their own removal of items. Items are available for pickup upon verification of funds.
