Conditions of Sale
All sales are final and all property is sold "As is, Where is." It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to describe all these items to try to give you a visual of the item you are bidding on. We describe them to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. If you have questions or are NOT SURE about the condition of or anything pertaining to an item in our auction please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call. Call (832) 880-8801.
Buyers Premium
We charge a 16% buyers premium.
Bidding
A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agree to be bound by them. In the event of non-payment during posted pickup days, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card you provided upon registration. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges.
Payment
Gallery One accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks or cashier checks. All credit card payments shall be processed by Gallery One.
Authenticity
Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc.
Auction
The Auction house owners, employees and consignors reserve the right to bid on any items in auction. Persons attending preview or auction during removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held including but not limited to personal injury, fire or theft. If foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Auctioneer and Seller by law, including without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, auctioneer at his option may 1) resell the property publicly or privately, with the purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred or 2) cancel the sale, retaining all liquidated damages on all payment made by purchaser. Auctioneer commission and all other incidental damages will be charged. Auctioneer is acting as an agent and agent only and is not responsible for the acts of his or her principals.
Pickup Times
Pick up times are firm unless extenuating circumstances warrant i.e., acts of nature, etc. All items must be picked up during the published times. If you cannot make pickup during the established times, DO NOT BID. Do not risk placing a bid hoping that we can store your items! We do not have the room or the resources to store your items. Again, if you cannot make pickup during the established times, DO NOT BID. If you do choose to bid and fail to pick up your items during the published times, we will charge the credit card on your file for the invoiced amount. If late pickup is requested, we will charge the card on your file $30 penalty fee for the first day and $10 for each additional day up to 7 days at which time items will become property of the auction house and will be resold. Failure to abide by the pickup times may result in loss of bidding privileges.
Governing Law
The laws of the state of Texas govern this agreement. Any and all lawsuits must be filed in Harris County courts.
Privacy Policy
Included in these terms and conditions is the privacy policy as outlined on the Gallery One website.
Indemnification
Buyer shall indemnify Gallery One against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Buyer agrees to indemnify Gallery One for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Gallery One, it's owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
Intellectual Property
By submitting any images to Gallery One for the purpose of sale, marketing, or any use on our website, you grant Gallery One world wide non-exclusive license to use the image on any and all marketing collateral digital, printer or otherwise.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and copyrights owned by Gallery One shall not be used without written permission. This includes the name Gallery One, Gallery One Auctions, Gallery One Estate and Liquidations Services, any and all website URL addresses and abbreviations of such.

We do not know if we are missing a center insert. 16 Glass Top Pedestal Dining Table 30x54x54. We do not know what the base is made of. Glass is beveled. Light scratches on glass. 17 Fancy Metal Mannequin Display 51.5 inches tall. Paint is chipping off in spots. Dented in spots. 18 Mannequin Torso Display 21.5 inches tall. Signed by Kathy Whitmire. Paper is dark around the edges. 29 Collection of Sterling Jewelry and Handles 2 sterling necklaces (20 & 24"), diaper pin in box, 2 small barrettes and 4 handles. The jewelry weighs 39.9 grams. Can't weigh handles because they are weighted. There are also 4 handles we can't find sterling marks on. 30 Mother of Pearl Opera Glasses by Lemaire These are amazing. They are 2.5x3.5x1.5. They have seams with animals. Mother of Pearl adjusting wheels and frames around eye lenses. They are in very good shape. The leather case is very worn. 31 Large Brass Pot and Ladle All together with handle it is 13.5x14.5x14.5. The ladle is 17.5 inches long. There are spots of green on ladle and scratches on outside of pot in places. 32 Vintage Bisque Snowman Figurine 2.5 inches tall. Paint wearing off in spots. Chip on base. 33 Vintage Replogle Globe 16 inches tall. Discolored around the equator. Small spots of wear to globe. 34 Sterling Flatware, Shot glass, and More 14 pieces. Includes 8 Gorham demitasse teaspoons, Wallace teaspoon, baby feeding spoon, baby fork, shot glass by Webster, shoe hook, and small server. Total weight for solid sterling pieces is 159.3 grams. 35 Signed Wheaties Baseball Marked Astros '89. Has about 28 signatures. The coffee pot has a chip on the spout. 43 Assorted Quartz Crystal Formations and More Includes one large piece, several smaller ones, two larger broken pieces, and rock salt votive holder. The votive holder is 2.5x6x6. 44 Mother of Pearl Handled Knives and More 12 knives and they are each 6 inches long. There is also a non matching fish serving knife and serving fork with no maker mark. The two larger pieces have cracks in their handles. 45 Decorative Belgian Ceramic Pitcher 13" tall. Marked H. Bequet Quaregnon. Gold trim worn in spots. 46 Large Italian Tureen with Platter The platter is marked Tali-V. Ballaro (Or Bassaro?). The tureen is 11.5x14.5x8.5. Lid has been repaired. Heavy scratches on bottom. 125 Decorative Boxes Four pieces. Three are shaped like books and the other has vintage buttons attached to top. Largest is 2.5x10x8.5. 126 Cowboy Hat by Biltmore Says sliver buckle on the inside but we do not see a size. Looks small. 127 Vintage Clock with Glass Dome Made by Kundo. No key. Untested. All together it is 11 inches tall. There is a small dent in metal base. 128 Dept 56 Snow Baby Figurines Two pieces. One is "The Christmas Gift." Other is "Catching a Star." Tallest is 4 inches. 129 Restaurant Ware Cups and Saucers by Sterling Includes 6 cup and saucers with 5 extra cups. 130 Mulit Color Light with Cord Outside is made of interlocking plastic pieces. 17x17x6.
