Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday February 28th at 4:00 pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged.

The owner of the assets has chosen Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers to offer by public online auction the assets listed because he is being forced to downsize for personal reasons. The seller has been a long time motorsports enthusiast as you will see when you check out the catalog.

Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday February 25th from 2:00pm until 7:00pm EST. This will be the only time the items are available for viewing before the auction ends. Viewing again will be at the above address 15205 Imlay City Road Capac, MI.
Pick up dates and times are Thursday February 27th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm and Friday February 28th from 10:00am until 4:00pm. No other pick up and payment times will be offered or accepted because we no longer have access to property after this time.
