Special Note:  Due to Covid 19 and the New Space & Distance Restrictions.  We are doing our best to adhere to the new guidelines and we need your help, so please be patient and follow the rules.  Therefore, for everyone’s benefit and safety we ask you to do your best to Maintain 6 ft distance between yourself and others. We also, strongly recommend you Bring and Wear your Masks. We will be doing our best to keep this Auction flowing, as this was set-up before the Shutdown, we may need to take a brief break to reload the garage with other smalls & row lots from the rooms in the house so we can continue with the Auction.  Ring 1 will start in the Garage with Antiques & Collectibles; then Ring 2 will start about 15 to 30 Minutes later with Tools & Household Items on the Back Patio. Furniture will sell last, & due to the crowd in the driveway you may need to schedule a time to come back on Wednesday to pick up you Furniture or other Large Items, All Items will still need to be paid for on Auction Day!  If you do need to schedule a time to come back, be sure to bring you Receipts back with you & make sure your Bid Number is on you Item or Items.    Thanks for your cooperation!
