2. We charge 6.75% sales tax.
3.If you win the bid you have bought the lot. The winning bidder is responsible for payment & to pickup all items purchased on Tuesday Feb 18th Noon - 6:00 pm in Brevard, NC 28712. We do not ship large items or furniture, these items will be marked with NO SHIPPING. If you can not pick up the item on FEb 18th you will need to make arrangements with us prior to the close of the auction.
4. PAYMENT: There is no Internet or Cell Reception at the home in Brevard NC. We will charge your Credit Card On file on Monday afternoon 2/18 if you do not contact us to let us know you would like to pay cash or check. Contact us at estateliquidation@yahoo.com or text or call 828-708-0498.
On Monday 2/17 we will send an emaill to all Bidders who have won lots in the auction.
