This auction is a cash - only sale and buyer, if the offer is accepted, is required to submit proof of funds within 24 hours after being notified of offer being accepted.

Proof of funds due with 24 hours after being notified that offer was accepted and a non-refundable earnest money deposit of $1,000.00 is due to RE/MAX Evolve, 112 S Meridian, Winchester, IN 47394 within 48 hours after being notified offer was accepted.
Buyer to assume taxes dues and payable in the Spring of 2021.
